      Workload is not high, no OT

      Cons

      Boss doesn't hesitate to scold if you make any small mistake. He can scold the overseas team so loudly that you can hear even from outside the meeting room. You are forced to take 5 days annual leave for CNY every year for long company shutdown, so your leave left is very little. Company keeps restructuring, so turnover is very high.

      Nothing good about company except for some friendly colleagues

      Cons

      The owner does not talk to the staff except for a few key person. although the Singapore office has less than 20 pax. When he passed by the staff, he does not even acknowledge you. The products are hard to sell in Singapore. Sales people turnover is pretty high.
