      Pros

      Small firm with very intelligent employees. Dynamic environment where you are held to a high standard and expected to perform above your primary job requirements. Strong track record and growing firm. Open door policy with accessibility to Senior management at all times. Company offers competitive salary and generous benefits.

      Cons

      Limited opportunity for growth because of the size. Senior positions require a lot of experience and typically only hire people with or in progress towards CFA.

      * Absolutely wonderful staff, they are committed to their clients * Amazing opportunity for anyone excited to learn about accounting and finance * Small company doing big movements with great attention to detail all around * Incredibly dedicated managers and portfolio managers willing to teach you every bit of the company * Job offers a versatile range of skills applicable everywhere in your career path * Amazing HR, easily accessible and open to discussion about sensitive and important topics * Very empathetic staff, willing to let you attend personal matters outside of work without a second thought

      * No real work/life balance (you are forewarned of this), unable to set-up meetings with friends or business partners outside of work * Unstable hours depending on work load (again, you are warned during interviews)
