Pros
Great job working with a small group of people so everyone is really close. If you're a Texas Longhorn fan you get to cover a team you root for. Owned by ESPN so same great benefits that ESPN employees receive.
Cons
Low chance of promotion since there aren't many positions to be promoted to. Limited access of Texas athletics programs.

Pros
They will Hired just about anyone. Easy to get a job here and there is no background check or Drug screen. Guy even joked with me about it. Kind of unprofessional.
Cons
If you like selling makeup business to business for straight commission then this is for you. I went to a 2nd round interview and could believe they got me out on the street walking from building to building talking to random people about some makeup that no girl wants to buy. Best part was that I am looking for something professional in the film, marketing or advertising area. Their name faked me out because I thought I was interviewing for the ESPN Longhorn Network, Not a commission sales job.
