Pros

Hands down the best solar company to work for. Family owned and operated and the people treat you so well and respectful. The really are oriented on making a difference for the environment and in the community.

Cons

None really to think of.

Pros

I have worked here for over ten years and they are honest, trustworthy, and very respected through out the community.. I don’t normally would write something like this, but some of these reviews are flat out lies. They require all salespeople to be NABCEP certified, which is the highest certification you can get in the solar industry.. if those disgruntle former employees where playing video games and not putting effort into the job/career well now we know why they were let go and writing lies. I guess they expected to get paid and play videos games all day. Longhorn invest into their employees and gives them the tools to be successful, but it’s hard work, but it’s rewarding.. So it comes down to you get what you put into it.

Cons

My one and only con is getting good new hires, but I don, think it’s Longhorn, it’s the times we live in.
