Pros

Great, supportive coworkers. That’s it.

Cons

-Systematically flawed. Company protects bullies and supports them. -Has a performative anti bullying policy they don’t follow. -The bully ( who themselves is on probation) isn’t capable at what they do, there are little to none training and mentoring where most of the staffs had to train and learn from each other. She is always on her phone and doesn’t even follow company policy. -High turn over rates due to poor culture

Pros

Great products with good standing in marketplace

Cons

Micromanagers, extremely conservative company, not progressive at all. Expect a lot but don't make it easy to carry out job. Even the smallest request has to be approved by a long chain of people that go all the way to Switzerland, a process that can take months.

Pros

-Beautiful watches, great location. -Training. -Fantastic if you enjoy working with an international clientele. -Great for stop gap employment. -Some coworkers were pleasant.

Cons

-Corporate has zero clue about what is really going on in their stores. -Extremely small number of staff and store size magnify any bad politics (and behavior). -Inflexible supervisors and overall attitude of keeping the status quo when it came to customer service. -Management didn’t bat an eye when employees talked trash about customers and potential customers even when they were in earshot. -Management was not just complacent with bad behavior, but they also promoted the worst offenders to higher positions of authority I've worked at different retailers for many years so I’m very familiar with the politics that come with retail work, but Longines management was next level dysfunction. Two weeks into my employment I was casually informed that a specific coworker would try and push me out of my role. Unfortunately, it became clear the bully in question was the real person in charge of the store, and I witnessed her manipulate situations (playing victim, exaggerating scenarios and more) with the clear purpose to get a high-earning coworker terminated; it worked. After that, she shifted her attention to me and her behavior was unprofessional, petty, and at times cruel. I was referring to it as a snake pit by the time I left. 10/10 would not recommend. *I hope this helps someone applying to make sure to keep their eyes wide open when interviewing with the company.*
