      Pros

      - Great on boarding experience even during lock-down - The "fail fast" mentality means everyone's up for trying things out - Your opinion really matters - Multi-cultural team and very parent friendly

      Cons

      Depends on your preference/outlook - due to the nature of start-ups there's a lot of change.

      Seriously amazing place to work for

      Pros

      Amazing culture, parent-friendly, lovely office, trusting, smart and fun colleagues, inspiring CEO. Not to mention free fruit, coffee/tea, beer, etc. I've been here for 3 months and I already feel like I've been here for years. It's fast-paced, you won't get bored.

      Cons

      The company is growing fast and so there are a lot of new names to learn!

      Pros

      The company has an amazing collaborative culture, everyone is always willing to help and teach you. I feel that I am learning a lot here. Also, the team has people from several countries, with different cultures and languages, which makes everyone grow even more! I just love to work here!

      Cons

      Bananas! The team has grown rapidly and the supply of bananas and fruit has not been enough to last all week.
