Working here comes with the following: harassment, low wage, poor management - sabotaging experts who love to pin people against each other and are super cut-throat, 30 minutes of unpaid lunch -who even does that these days? Gross and obviously doesn’t care about the happiness of employees. They make you work and stress like a dog and you get what - 30 mins a day to go and cry? There is no real HR so you already know none of this goes documented or dealt with - the owner is a megalomaniac, and incompetent leader and an even worse person. He is disrespectful and thinks he is the be all and end all but in actuality - he is just a failed version of Glow Recipe. Boohoo - maybe you’ll do better in your next life. No real concept of “marketing” - ideas have to come from the boss who is a 65 year old bitter man who wants to be the face of the company but doesn’t realize he is the “before” picture. Please retire and don’t even get me started on the CFO - he needs to be audited by the CRA or subject to an ethics board. Overall, management is useless, incompetent and evil. They love passing the blame around and pitting people against each other. Do not work here.
