Lack of management, lack of support from upper management, lack of communication, lack of training, lack of follow through with protocols and procedures by MANAGER, manager is not reliable, CEO doesn't seem to be truly informed with what is going on with this particular program or what the program needs to run efficiently or is uninterested, high turnover, and little to no organization. The animals quality of care suffered due to the above information.
