Comparing it with my previous similar company: Toxic environment, no professionalism, ethics or respect given to people by their managers, appreciation is far away. Sit in the office for a day and you would observe the toxication, sarcasm, hate for each other in the environment within the people and teams. Not a good environment for people starting their career. HR team was reachable earlier, listen to your queries and cheer up some positivity, but with new leader change they seem to going through more than others and one could easily observe the chaos, stress and unprofessional ways of working throughout the day around their bay which is putting more negative impact on people. Message to all leaders: STOP SARCASM and comments like a Hindi TV DRAMA saas, respect people and their individual and new ways of working, learn from it to promote diversity and DO NOT IMPOSE your ways, appreciate their good skills and silently work on other improvements, and very importantly, instead of competition and PROMOTE COLLABORATION. Message to the company and CEO, STOP hiring people on the managers and above with low mantality and work ethics, they will ruin your entire work culture, productivity and results. All good people are looking for opportunities elsewhere, remaining toxic will hire more toxic people, so WAKE UP!! Urgent action needed: A behavioral training for all managers and above on how to talk to their subordinates, respecting everybody's opinion, accepting diversed way to working and promoting positivity and collaboration. This will automatically lead to better productivity, and people and company growth!!
