      Pros

      Don't worry about get fired. If you join the company, you can have a stable company life. Welfare points and other bonuses worth 2 million won each year are also good.

      Cons

      Work-life balance varies greatly from team to team. But most of them are good. Also, working conditions may not be good depending on the team. All it does is roll the dice, praying for the team to be good.
