It's criminal what these guys get away with.
Pros
Work long hours get paid peanuts (good if you like peanuts) You might get to go somewhere nice. Training is of a good quality and will allow you to get a better job else where.
Cons
Long hours (you'll be judged if you leave on time) 6/7 day work weeks (I'm not kidding) bet they don't mention that in the interview! Once you start doing well, they'll tell you to move onto a different pay structure. This lowers your basic salary drastically and gives you an extra 10% commission. Once you move onto this structure you have no choice but to earn Money otherwise you'll earn a pittance that month. Oh and every week your first £700 profit you get paid NOTHING on. Support from managers is non existent. No chance of progression unless you're there for almost 2 decades. Company full of bullies. They'll show you all these underhanded things they do to squeeze unreasonable amounts of money from clients and they dress it up with 'good service'
