Pros

Sadly none i can think of.

Cons

There is a reason why this company was found guilty of fraud of corruption and fined one of the largest amount by the DOJ in the engineering/construction business. Many of these crooks and criminals remain largely in the company and behind the scenes and in different roles. Dishonestly and unethical behavior is in the DNA of this firm, i came to realize. There is constant infighting and bickering that is taken to the extreme. Beware especially of the US Division senior leadership team....they fake a nice outward appearance but are all greedy snakes.

Pros

In my 12+ years of experience in the Government Contracting world this is by far the WORST company I ever had the misfortune of working for.

Cons

Unprofessional and unapproachable management, brutally hostile working environment. Corrupt company, corrupt leaders, treat their employees horribly. And they wonder why employees leave in droves.

Pros

If you are lucky, you will get excellent exposure in working with the company's clients. I am a problem solver at heart and love interacting with people and building relationships. I was able to to do the type of work I enjoyed most.

Cons

One member in the senior management position is unreliable, dishonest and have been called a brute by many. It was evident that he contributed to a lot of the toxicity in the workplace environment. I didn't have to deal with him directly except on two occasions and they didn't go too well because of the temper issues this gentle man is known to be suffering from. My two cents - don't be disheartened. There's definitely a way to work around him. You will just end up learning great negotiation and conflict resolution skills. This is the real world and there's going to be plenty of folks like him in the workplace environment. If anything, you will increase your emotional intelligence and learn how to manage difficult managers with ease!
