      Pros

      Good work life balance. Have a certain degree of freedom with work and SOP. Good leave benefits

      Cons

      Lax management style and a lot of things get swept under the rug. For a small non profit organization, the internal politics is crazy. Some, if not most, don't have people management skills.

      You get to master handling treatment naive and complicated cases of HIV and AIDS among the vulnerable population. There is paid onboarding training for treatment and management of HIV cases for physicians. Hybrid Set Up.
