Good employer - during my tenure, I have never been scolded at, while the bosses will teach and guide you for not to make another mistake. They promote positive way of working instead of negative. They are willing to hear your opinion especially about the management. Very amiable environment and colleagues. If the workloads are overwhelm, you could always seek guidance and solution with your superiors. The best part is you are offerred to manage your own files and you have liberty to do it at your own pace, as long as the work is done on the dot.
