      Pros

      They are willing to pay well but if they decide they are going a different direction than what was described while being hired they will drop you quick without care of how it impacts your family or career.

      Cons

      I saw many people hired and let go during my short time without warning and a HR rep sent to just escort you out without a word from your supervisor. Looks like they quickly hire to try things out but will quickly let you go if it doesn't go as expected or they find something else shiny to go after. Be very cautious.

      Good snackroom and food parties

      Cons

      No upward movement. They tell you raises are performance based and never give it to you. Fire happy. Will let you go immediately if you are not a rockstar off the bat. HR is incredibly demeaning and frequently makes rude and unnecessary comments to staff members.

      Pros

      They hired during COVID. Decent benefits but they don’t communicate what those are or how to enroll, you have to go out of your way to get basic information about healthcare, 401k, etc.

      Cons

      No COVID guidelines were followed, had to put up a fight to work from home, no masks worn in-office. Bad communication with superiors, who collectively didn't speak to me after I asked to work from home. Huge emphasis on intake, leaving other administrative staff with a huge volume of work with no support. Several managers had promised the opportunity to learn from multiple departments, then presented no such opportunities.
