      Pros

      - Big brands, loads of exposure - some nice people to work with - office is pleasantly cute - there once was a canteen, of sorts

      Cons

      - peanuts for salary - crazy office politics - Constant one-upping, even within teams - extremely understaffed - films take precedence, everything else is back burner stuff - hectic and understaffed - productivity expectations are so high you should join only if you really don’t like staying at home and hanging out with anybody apart from colleagues - constant shift in higher management - hybrid working is frowned upon. Unless you are in office every waking hour you are not doing your job right.

      There are no pros, whatsoever.

      Cons

      There is a lot of vintage furniture, which carries a lot of baggage from the past. People are so warm they just warm the seat they sit in. You would also find a lot of old and blank CDs lying around.
