Pros

They give the same food IF goals are met.

Cons

There is little to no work-life balance, and employees are often expected to work overtime without additional compensation. New hires typically receive only about a week of training from coworkers who are already overwhelmed with their own workload, making the onboarding process difficult. If you are bilingual, be prepared to serve as an unofficial translator, as the company appears to rely on employees instead of using a professional translation service. Overall, rather than fostering a supportive and encouraging workplace, the environment feels stressful, overwhelming, and discouraging.

Pros

This is an amazing environment to build skills, gain real hands-on experience, and grow professionally. There are a lot of learning opportunities, supportive leadership, and room to take on new challenges. A great place for anyone motivated to develop and advance their career.

Cons

Fast-paced environment that may require adapting to change.
