Pros

They have a beautfiul office on the 69th floor of the JP Morgan Building in Houston. Part of the allure to get you to join.

Cons

CEO rules with an iron fist and is known to fire people on the spot if you disagree with her. Salaries are way below market. Some employees haven't received raises in years. Employee turnover rate over 50% the past three years They promise bonuses and stock but they only give bonuses if you bring in investors. They have multiple business entities and one day you're working for one, the next day you must resign and move to another company, with a new offer letter. Everyone in Fremont HQ has to clock in, even senior executives (No trust) I witnessed the CEO tell a group of large investors, who weren't happy with their returns "Its my company, Ill close it down if I want". Its a climate of fear.
