Pros
Prior to regulatory issues and management changes it was a fantastic work environment.
Cons
Too bad the last CEO sucked the last remaining blood out of it. I guess I should write a book and pretend I'm a genius that is worthy of big dollars to save the day, then just rehash the same playbook.

Pros
Great people dedicated to their work. The company did a nice job with safety within the office, laboratory and field.
Cons
The company is now bankrupt. No concrete business plan. Board had unrealistic outlook for their ROI. Withing the company, harsh disconnect between the science and the executives. No realistic path for advancement.
