      - Career growth with a supportive mentor and trajectory was real - Real ownership, cross-functional exposure and impact are measurable - They noticed and acknowledged the work and have good perks - Great culture with diversity

      - Title didn't keep up with scope - Small engineering team means wearing too many hats - Internal titles don't reflect market equivalent scope

      The commission at first was good, but when they started to have incompetent leader and corrupt, that's when the office drama started.

      Cons

      There are no leadership development and pure mismanagement. I worked long time ago when they just started, but I am glad I left. I was able to hone my skills and personal development trainings.
