I joined this company almost a year and a half ago and haven't had regrets about my decision. I've experienced both personal and professional growth here, having been guided t the wright direction by our Team Leader. Everytime I needed help or explanation concerning one or another assignment, I got that.
Cons
Among the drawbacks, I'd put the slow movement forward to fulfilling our goals which is happening due to objective and subjective reasons but, undoubtedly, human aspect such as indifference and lack of devotion takes the first place in this range.

Cons
Worst company to work with. The company doesn't give damn about its employees and is only concern of the company's growth. The founder is very dominating and is least interested in its employees. He is only concern about the work to be completed on time no matter you work for 15-18 hours daily.
