Cons
- Late pay checks since February - Some employees still have not received their April wages (it's May now) - No wage statements since February - We don't even know if 401ks, health care, have been funded or taxes property withheld - Company dropped by ADP and their bank - All Software licenses expired end of December - No management team - Unreachable absentee CEO - If asked, CEO lies about payroll, blames SVB collapse
