Pros

Great coworkers, they used to have a lot of knowledge from predecessors, start you out at top pay but go without raise for years

Cons

Owner says everyone is replaceable and thinks since he gave you a job that you don't deserve a merit increase, cfo will yell and cuss you out for minimal things, they lost 2 hr directors, 2 construction managers and 10 project managers and coordinators in the last year that equals over 75 years of knowledge of the industry gone. No respect and no value. The workload is overloaded since everyone left. The president doesn't have a say in anything that will benefit the longevity of the company. Owner said he's going to retire for the last 3 years. They request that their office personnel write good reviews.

Pros

Benifits package Health, Dental, Vision are great, but very expensive to carry coverage for family.

Cons

Lack of leadership top down, communication, and direction. No growth potential, and not recognized for excellence. The company is a revolving door for great employees. The owner justifies salaries in lieu of constructive criticism. Practice unethical values on every project.

Challenging and diverse projects, good benefits with excellent pay, a great training ground, Some very technically proficient and industry orientated individuals.

Cons

Understaffed, antiquated business practices, poor culture, lacks a plan and resources to negotiate and close good local work, several succession plans have continually failed to gain traction over the last decade, too much employee turnover.
