      Pros

      Theres a sense of community and working well with others. Treated like a family

      Cons

      Being treated like a family, long hours and high expectations with no reward or acknowledgement. If the job done well with the limited guidances, it is a group effort but if the job is done poorly (once again with little to none guidances) the fault is place solely on you.

      -Responsive leadership and HR -Competitive Pay -Great work/life balance -Company holiday each month that does not have an observed holiday -Fulfilling career opportunities -Slack turns off at 5pm!
