There is horrible attention to new workers from old workers. Racism big problem in this company. And Company chefs do nothing. They allowed to old workers terorrizes new workers easily. They don't control this problem of all. This is normal thing for them. You need strong nerves to work here. And yes in some departaments there is no hours. Impak works 6/7,5 hours day while other departament 10/11 hours.
