Pros

Close to the F trai.

Cons

This is a minimalist company in the worst way. They provide the minimum days off, minimum sick days, never give bonuses or holiday presents and provide the minimum required health care. The company is so cheap that they switch health care providers every year to go with the cheapest plan possible. Everyone is overworked and most people are miserable. The culture is toxic. Lukas lighting is a part of Flos USA. Before the merger, things were better but Flos USA is owned by VCs and they stripped everything away that didn't add to their bottom line and fired everyone they could to save money.

Pros

There's never a dull moment. Plenty of opportunities to engineer new products.

Cons

Workload can be large. Can be difficult to balance so many different products and stages.
