      The company is growing, so there are lots of chances to learn new things and move up. Even though it's getting bigger, it still feels like a small company where you get to know your coworkers and work with different teams. It’s a friendly place where people help each other out.

      Since the company is growing, some things are still getting figured out. You have to be okay with some changes along the way.

      Was a good place to work at. Not sure where the train started to derail.

      Cons

      Some of the least talented managers, board members, and ceo I have ever seen professionally. Witnessed the CEO laugh in a "leadership" meeting at an employee who said his goal was to retire. Then went on to mock the company lawyer, who stormed out of the room. Then he went on to brag about how in the next few years he wants to build his second dream home. Another manager out right refused to even acknowledge foundational core issues within the work environment.
