Pros

The company culture is a standout—fast-paced and performance-driven, yet refreshingly non-toxic compared to many sales environments. There’s a genuine commitment to both professional development and personal growth, which makes a meaningful difference in day-to-day work life. The ramp-up period is well-structured, giving new team members the support and time they need to get up to speed and succeed. Work-life balance is also a major plus: a Monday–Friday schedule where you’re encouraged to work hard during the day and fully unplug afterward. Additionally, the systems in place, including the CRM tools, are effective and continuously improving. Being part of a growing company adds an extra layer of excitement and opportunity.

Cons

Honestly, I had to reach a bit to come up with any real “cons,” which says a lot in itself. If I had to nitpick, the office air conditioning can be a little unpredictable—sometimes it keeps you on your toes more than expected. The coffee could use a bit of an upgrade for those of us who rely on it to power through the day. And while the current setup works well, wireless headsets would be a nice quality-of-life improvement.

Pros

Management is fantastic and is extremely transparent. Culture is really the best part and the environment is laid back. Great opportunity to make some good money.

Cons

Must be extremely adaptable. Things move very fast

Pros

There is a LOT of potential here to make money! I've worked in insurance for a while and I've been in a bunch of other environments that tell you they give you "free leads" and it turns out to be a scam. Luminary Life gives you AMAZING leads - the clients call you, you don't have to take old leads or try to sell your family members or friends! I had too do that with one of my old jobs and it was so hard. The other agents and leadership are friendly and the workplace is a lot of fun. There are lots of contests and I really like how much the director is involved in the day to day. Most sales directors are only interested in impressing the C suit and conference calls and yelling at the agents to make a sale. Steve is always involved in celebrating agent success and it makes me feel REALLY appreciated that he knows me and my results specifically.

Cons

Sometimes there is a lot of change really quickly, sometimes good, sometimes bad. But what I like is that when leadership here makes a mistake they OWN it and call themselves out on it. We lost a lot of people recently and they put a bunch of really unfair reviews on glass door. My 2 cents is that for the most part, people who are happy and still at a company don't do reviews, so don't just judge us on reviews from people who weren't performing and left!
