The close-knit team and friendly environment meant that we could all communicate clearly and fast, making collaboration as easy as possible. Despite different backgrounds, everyone was always open to questions and eager to share their experience and I very much enjoyed gaining more insight into the different fields Luminate was active in. The work is challenging and the clients are varied, which keeps things interesting on a day to day basis. The WeWork office space is a great place to work in, very relaxing common areas, free brews, great for networking and all sorts of activities and events to participate in. The office is perfect for the small team, has a great view and is fully suited with 27’ iMacs. During my time, I got to exercise my technical skills, improve my soft skills as well as gain a number of certifications, which will surely benefit me in the future. I learned a lot about the marketing industry and gained valuable experience with a multitude of online tools.

The team was my biggest pro. They were consistently warm and approachable throughout my time at Luminate, and I was sad to leave them. We all wanted the company to be successful, and we all understood its potential. We worked closely with each other to achieve this result, regardless of department and experience.
