      Poor pay. No benefits. No work life balance. Never pay out bonus’ - make sure to get paid. False promotions and promises.

      Started out fine, then went down hill when upper management made changes to policy to earn more revenue

      Cons

      Doesn't play employees enough, no advancement opportunities, short staffed, hight turnover ( for a good reason) doesn't value employees, unprofessional environment
