      Great people to work WITH, terrible to work FOR

      Pros

      People who work there are pretty great, if you have to work with them. HQ is in downtown Waynesboro, which has some pretty good restaurants for lunch.

      Cons

      Management really has no clue what is going on. More concerned with fixing low-hanging fruit that addressing any pressing issues w/ morale. Keeps asking more of it's teams despite providing fewer and fewer resources to do so.

      Pros

      If there are any pros to working here, I failed to notice them. Not that they would make a difference, working here would probably still be just as miserable.

      Cons

      The management expects employees to take on heavy workloads and meet high expectations, but is only willing to pay them an entry-level. They don't even bother treating any of them with respect! Unless you're that desperate for money, I would highly discourage working here at all.

      Forgetting the basics and loosing focus on what really matters

      Nice people to work with Good benefits Employee development

      Cons

      Limited advancement opportunities in key areas Understaffing leading to high-stress and poor scheduling and even poorer morale Too many supervisors, quasi-supervisors, and managers doing the same job Poor training for undefined and constantly changing job responsibilities
