      Pros

      The people are really friendly and helpful and there's a lot of flexibility about how and when you work. Almost all decisions are discussed with everyone and taken as a group.

      Cons

      Not every project is ideal, but most are terrific. Management tries to screen new clients carefully, but occasionally we have to work on something that isn't as interesting or with a client that doesn't "get" agile.

      Pros

      A company with one of the most unusual organizational cultures--where anyone can make any decision, there are no managers, and everything is transparent (including salaries). A lot of stuff is organized around the principle of fairness. There's a whole bunch of long-term folks who are invested in the company, which tells a thing or two. There's a strong emphasis on working from the office, which may be a pro or a con, depending on a point of view.

      Cons

      Radical autonomy is sometimes a lot to ask people--you aren't always willing to deal with all the responsibility and stress of making a tough call and sometimes there's no way around it. We had our fair share of cultural/interpersonal screwups and have we recovered entirely? I don't know. If you want to optimize purely for money, Lunar won't be able to keep up with purely remote roles.

      All was good in general. Maybe they could start allowing people to work remotely. Not sure.
