This job was so fun! I enjoyed working with children after school, teaching them cooking tips. The menu was extensive and gave the kids a lot of things to try that they hadn't tasted before.

It's a lot of driving, and mileage isn't compensated.
*Mostly* remote work available for most positions. Good pay. Lots of new things to learn and opportunity for growth (initially)
Cons
Noticeable favoritism from upper management. Differences in pay that many employees are aware of. Job title changes and descriptions with little warning or reasoning. Honestly very typical start up environment.
