      Pros

      The company provided insight into the start up world and the challenges that come with it. There is some great talent working there which encourages everyone to step up. The company has built great rapport with their client base which helped in building and maintaining relationships.

      Cons

      There is a culture where working very long hours is encouraged, making work/life balance difficult. Promises made around the financial package were not honoured in practice. Opportunities for growth and progression were limited, with external hires often prioritised over existing employees with industry knowledge.

      Pros

      You get genuine ownership of your work here, not the fake kind where someone still approves everything. The product actually matters to the customers using it, which makes a big difference to motivation. Leadership is transparent about where the company is and where it's going. The energy in the office is infectious, people genuinely enjoy working together and it shows. Everyone is willing to help each other out, there's no ego about jumping in on someone else's problem. It's one of those places where you actually look forward to coming in.

      Cons

      It's intense. I personally love it (so not sure it really qualifies as a "cons"), but I'm sure it's not for everyone. You are surrounded by phenomenal overachievers, which is super energising but can sometimes be a little scary. You constantly feel like the dumbest person in the room, the bar is really high and the pace doesn't slow down, so you need to be comfortable with that. Things move fast which means priorities can shift and you sometimes have to rebuild what you just built.

      Amazing energy, great team, and one of the best places to learn about scaling businesses

      Cons

      Not a huge number to name - but of course as in many scale-ups it can be intense at times, I love that, but i doubt it would be for absolutely everyone!
