Beautiful timeless collection, very passionate team, genuine good intentions from founders to create a company that celebrates craftsmanship, design and positive emotion.
Cons
The company accepted too many custom orders on low margins, which created cash flow issues, but seems to have been resolved, as they stopped accepting these types of orders. Had been slow to put new processes in place, but heading in a very positive direction with new operating system.

Pros
Beautiful yet limited furniture collection. The history is rich, and furniture elegant.
Cons
The company is extremely disorganized and the owners have a hard time paying their employees on time if at all. Multiple employees have had issues being paid on time, due to the disorganized finances of this company. They still owe me money from my last month worked, which I know I will never be compensated for. They gossip about their previous staff to discredit them, and try to undermine their reputations.
