LuxSci has been around for decades and has moved from a slow-but-steady to a higher-growth mode. The employees are a collection of interesting, quirky, laid-back, smart individuals with whom it is fun to collaborate. Management really cares about everyone, they provide:
* Internal training to guide employees in their career growth and to help them grow into roles ideally suited to them
* Makes team and culture development one of its three strategic aims, as they know how important the people are to company success.
Cons
100% remote work can be a struggle for some who are used to the vibe of an in person-environment; however, LuxSci tasks steps here having virtual happy hours, requiring everyone to show their faces on Zoom, having in-person outdoor get-togethers, etc. And anyway, most people enjoy not committing and not having people constantly interrupting them by popping in the office door for a chat.
LuxSci has built a culture of really dedicated people that care about our clients and the services we provide. The products are top in our field. We pride ourselves on our support and service.
Cons
Like many companies, working from home during Covid hasn't been easy.
