High workload at times, tight deadlines, some processes could be improved, fast-paced environment

Working at Luxolis was an extremely challenging experience. From the very beginning, there was no structure, no onboarding, and no clear communication. There are no real managers or leadership roles everything is controlled solely by the CEO, and only his opinion matters. The team’s input was consistently ignored, which repeatedly led to avoidable failures. Despite signing large deals, we were unable to deliver because requirements constantly changed. Nearly every month the direction shifted, tasks were rewritten, and priorities flipped. It became nearly impossible to understand what the actual product was or what the expectations were. Often, we were assigned tasks unrelated to the core product and sent to clients without context or preparation. Requests for clarification were met with silence, dismissal, or aggressive responses. Instead of guidance, the CEO frequently blamed the team for unclear expectations, missed deadlines, or confusion — even when the situation was caused by constant changes and lack of communication. Working in this environment made it extremely difficult to achieve quality work or meet deadlines. The constant cycle of pressure, confusion, and unrealistic demands created a deeply unhealthy workplace culture. Additionally, there were repeated instances of the CEO misrepresenting the state of the product to clients and investors, claiming features existed when they did not. Overall, due to the lack of communication, undefined processes, unstable direction, and disrespectful leadership behavior, I would not recommend this workplace to any professional seeking a stable, healthy, or ethical environment.
