Pros
The other staff try to help you survive the toxic CEO (unless they've been pitted against you).
Cons
Literally everything else. The CEO is an absolute nightmare. The (only) good review on here was written by an employee by her direction lol. She will tell you one thing and then abuse you for not reading her mind and doing the other thing... Uses star signs for decisions... Even with years of professional experience, your emails and BASIC communication with her needs to be triple checked by the young employee who's somehow avoided the CEO's psychotic outbursts. Because even she knows that the lack of a smiley face or something ridiculous will set her off on you. CEO lacks basic communication and empathy and will torture you mentally if you don't read her mind. She expects you to be the most experienced employee but will pay pittance & be abusive if you even remotely suggest something she doesn't agree with. She's greedy and obsessive, controlling and belittles you. She will publicly berate you for not washing her dishes for her and have a vendetta against you for absolutely no reason from day dot. I had extensive previous (hard) professional experience and never in my life have I been made to feel so anxious and doubtful of every step. Avoid at all costs.
