      Central location, nothing else it’s awful

      Cons

      The most toxic culture I’ve ever experienced. The founder shouts at individuals daily, in front of the whole team. Everyone is scared to be there, everyone wants out. So glad I escaped.

      Pros

      (Non-senior) Team members are lovely people despite the working conditions.

      Cons

      Everything else. The most toxic environment you will work in. Horrible senior management and founders who don’t trust employees to do the jobs they are hired (and qualified) to do. SMT don’t take criticism either so theres no chance of improvement. No guidance and support. Childish and unprofessional senior members who will blame others rather than looks at themselves to fix the problems. Pay attention to the reviews as they are scarily accurate (any good ones are clearly written by SMT)
