Cons
My position was made redundant suddenly after 11 months. Career growth seems limited unless you enter through the student program. Culture feels competitive — you need to elbow your way into teams. Success depends on being outspoken, loud, and doing significant overtime. Employees can feel more like resources than valued contributors. You will succeed if you are an extrovert.
