This is the worst company I have ever worked for. If you are a junior, it might still be an option because of the current tech job market. Otherwise, I would not recommend it. The technical roadmap and organizational structure are unclear and unprofessional. Most of the leaders have serious anger management and communication issues. They are among the rudest and most unprofessional people I have ever worked with, and cannot even explain or understand simple technical tasks. The owner supports these managers and abusive leadership. There is no job security.
