      Pros

      Amazing co-workers. Great location (HQ). Freedom to choose work tools, to some extent.

      Cons

      Exploitative salaries. "Boys club" management team. Expect a lot of fawning towards the CEO. People leaving on burn-out sick leaves all the time.

      - Really nice & helpful colleagues - Snacks at the office & office dogs - Headquarter location

      Cons

      - Salaries are very low since headquarter is in Turku - A lack of leadership and strategy - Management team has clear favourites amongst employees - One of the company values is openness, but still you are not allowed to voice your opinion on how to do things better - saying your opinion is a negative thing - Wanting to change your job tasks or exploring other career option within the company is also seen as a negative thing
