      Relaxed work environment. Best for startup your career.

      Cons

      * Extreamly low salary increments. * Management is very partial about some employees. * Management is waiting for some employee to leave so they can give least amount of salary increment and promotions. * Code of conduct only applies to lower level employees not to management neither special employees.
