Your immediate FOH and BOH associates are typically good individuals, I have met a lot of great people while employed who I have developed friendships outside of work life. Of course there are going to be bad eggs, they usually don't last very long. Additionally, working in Chagrin Falls comes with perks, you never know who you might be taking care of so always keep in mind to Network when possible. People I have met still assist me to this day in launching into a full blown career and have even gone on to dinner (they paid) with some guests. The guests are unlike any other in the Cleveland area where there are endless opportunities for networking. Keep an open mind and do your job properly and that resonates with people.
Cons
The restaurant is small with more available seats than resources available (water glasses and plates). There are a lot of issues when it gets busy relating to these issues which can pose a problem when you are incapable of getting things to guests when need be. The company itself doesnt understand that you need to spend money to make money, and are penny pinchers at heart.
