Was an okay place to work until the end of 2019... then it went rapidly downhill. Its like working in a prison
Cons
The atmosphere is awful, and the pay is atrocious. Minimum wage for producing precision parts for major aerospace companies.

Great pay. Great bonus at Christmas time and always amazing payrises . Always chance for growth and learning new things.
Cons
Some of the people are a bit full on with you . Managers are very strict sometimes. Pressure to do overtime.
