A lot of hours/overtime is plentiful
Cons
Very dusty and nasty place, management shows a lot of favoritism, if you go to report the supervisor or manager for wrongdoing or safety issues to HR you get written up . There is also no work/life balance the managers want you to work 12 hours a day 6 days a week
