      Pros

      Employees were generally friendly, and the company culture (aside from the top) was good.

      Cons

      High management turnover because the company president micromanaged his subordinates and provided inconsistent feedback and unrealistic expectations to continue doing things as they'd always been done but get better results.

      If you work in Outside Sales, the money is great.

      Cons

      Continuous office drama, berating by management, and all-around bad attitudes from management. Everyone is afraid to leave their desks for more than 5 minutes or have a casual conversation, and walk on eggshells day-in and day-out. Employees are asked to work through vacations, come in early, and leave late.
