Pros
Less bureaucracy as this is a small company. Colleagues and management are friendly. Most of the staffs are willing to help.
Cons
Company managed by traditionalist. Lack of transparency and integrity in company’s system and policy. Long working hour. Walking around in the office or laughing out loud should be avoided at all cost. Turnover rate especially new staffs is high as they are not able to learn new things after working for some times. The seniors there are generally complacency and lack of competitiveness. Do not expect staff development or career growth.
