This company used to have a great culture that was people centric and decentralised in decision making and very focused on growing the organisation through growing and developing the staff. It used to have a great performance culture.
Cons
Current management is not keen on the people, poor communication, pay and benefits not competitive. Decision making not inclusive and not communicated well. Growth opportunities are very few.
