      The opportunities in the company are endless with the only limitation being your own potential. Pay is at the higher end and there are no "max out pay" in the company.

      This is a challenging environment that is really suited to disciplined people who are career minded and want to grow.

      pay is good most people that work there are pleasant people to work with the benefits were ok paid major holidays

      Cons

      micromanagement No care for process or product improvement They will fire you without notice or reason disorganized The organization and processes in this company are bare minimum, but their expectations of you are very high. The pace can be feast to famine and can be very high at times, especially at the end of the month because they generally fall victim to playing catch-up.
